When you arrive
When you arrive you should first contact IAESTE Local Committee (LC) in city of training. Volunteers in LC's will be happy to assist you in arranging accommodation and to introduce you to your employer once you finish all required administrative procedures (residence permit, city transportation pass, etc...).
