Summer Reception Programe for 2013
This year we hope to host around 150 students from almost 50 countries. More than 80 students from all over the world are expected to arrive in Belgrade. Very attractive program is prepared for this summer. Stay tuned!

- 02. - 07. August Montenegro Trip
We plan to bring you all to the very famous open air festival EXIT in the city of Novi Sad. EXIT FEST is the biggest music festival in the South-eastern Europe. It takes place on a beautiful and magical Petrovaradin fortress on the banks of river Danube. Apart from quality music program that it offers, festival is a place of extraordinary fun and good atmosphere of the fortress as well as the positive energy of the city. During the days of the festival you can see thousands of people from all over Serbia and world in this city. It is very worth to see and feel. Names like The Prodigy, Nick Cave, Fatboy Slim, Snoop Dogg and others sound promising. More info at exitfest.org
We would like to invite you all on behalf of IAESTE Belgrade to an International Evening we traditionally organize every year, where we get to hang out and everybody can display their local cuisine, beverages and customs. These kind of events are a great way to get to know different cultures.
You can bring food, drinks, music, pictures, traditional clothes or anything else you can think of from your country! Also, it would be great if you would prepare things in a team according to your country. The representatives of each county will have their own table which they can use to show off their customs and culture.
We should have some prizes organized for the best food, beverage and clothes (at least some small ones).
Any suggestions that you may have are more than welcome. You can direct them at the Facebook page and we will do everything we can to make it happen.
The event will be organized at the students dormitory, Zdravka Celara 14.
The location should be big enough for us to fulfill our goal - eat, listen and dance to music and have a great time!
Here comes the program for Montenegro Trip!
We are leaving Belgrade on Friday, 2nd of August, late in the evening by train, and we plan to come to the capital city of Montenegro, Podgorica, on Saturday, 3rd of August, early in the morning.
First Day (3rd of August): First of all we'll visit beautiful Skadar lake, do some sightseeing of national park and cruise on Skadar lake. After that we will come back to Podgorica and later in the evening we'll go out. We plan to spend our night in Podgorica.
Second Day (4th of August): We will start our second day with visit of breathtaking Ostrog monastery, after which we will have a lunch at national restaurant. After lunch we will head towards Piva mountain, where we'll see Piva canyon, cruise on Piva lake etc. At late hours we plan to come to Brstenovica, have a traditional dinner over there and sleep.
Third Day (5th of August): Rafting on Tara river will start in Brstenovica at about 10:00 in the morning and will last for about four hours. After rafting we will have lunch, after which we will head to the Montenegrin coast. Later that day we will come to Kotor and do some sightseeing of the beautiful medieval city.
Fourth Day (6th of August): Early in the morning we will head towards Budva, where we'll visit the old town of Budva. After that we'll go to Ada Bojana where we will hang out at the beach. Later that day we'll head back to Kotor.
Fifth Day (7th of August): Going back to Belgrade.
The transport is really flexible, because we will have our own bus, which means that we can easily change our schedule.
The price of the trip is 135 EUR + 45 EUR for the train costs to the capital of Montenegro(if we manage to get a discount for the group card you will get some of your money back), with rafting, cruising, drinks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, included in the price! The places we have chosen are really beautiful and worth of seeing! Nature is amazing and, of course, parties during the season at the coast are the best!
Make Sure that you apply until 25th of July. That's the deadline!
Deposit is 35 EUR and we will collect it during the International Evening that is going to be held on Saturday 20th of July. One or two days before the trip we will collect the rest of the money!
